Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering she has begun preparation for UPSC. During her graduation, she questioned whether she was able to be satisfied working in an engineering position. In the following years, she realized that her passion was in civil service and started to focus on this. The parents urged her to become a civil servant and pursue a career in public service. She focused her energy on becoming an IAS officer. The job required to be an IAS officer takes much more. She would prepare for UPSC subjects while she studied her engineering. The exam preparation took up the entire day. The time she spent was just one month studying for the test and kept completely off of social media and her social daily life. She believes that concentration and focus are crucial to pass the test to become a government official. She put in great effort to make sure she passed the test on her first attempt. Her habit was to go through newspapers to keep up-to-date on daily news. Online, she collected various study materials as well as watched Rajya Sabha TV.
